Bullying

Bullying is a form of psychological intimidation and humiliation of people who are generally more passive and don’t have power over someone or some group.
I believe that bullying can be a verbal attack, such as nasty nicknames and critical expressions, or it can be a really physical aggression, wich is more shocking.
Children become violent for several reasons; however, the principal factor is family life. Parents who are absent or stressed because of work, frequently use screams, slaps and punches to show their authority.
As a result, they give this type of behavior to their children.
The consequences of bullying can be phobias, depression, anxiety, stress, loss of self-esteem and relationship problems.
The most important thing that we should teach is the way to not let anybody hurt our feelings. Something always will happen in our lives.
We meet every day with someone faster, smarter or stronger than we, and it is up to us do something to answer and change this situation to make it better.
The most effective tools to teach rules of healthy living to children are affection and dialogue; educational activities such as sports, art classes and solidarity actions.
